Good Morning!
Those of you who have been following my blog will most likely have read my last blog post about a new website called covet.me! Myself and many others absolutely loved the concept! I mean who wouldn't love sharing items they adored to earn vouchers in return?
I must say for quite a while covet.me was the hottest new website on facebook and twitter. So many people were coveting items and talking about how much they liked the site. There was nothing else like it around and everyone wanted to be part of it!
Members were getting vouchers for their hard work albeit rather slowly which convinced many others that this was indeed a website they absolutely must be part of!
When I first became a member there were notices of delays as covet.me explained they had been so popular that they were swamped and whilst members had to wait longer for their hard earned vouchers they would definitely be receiving them. So of course I began to covet! I didn't mind waiting at all! After all it was a fabulous concept and it was so popular so I wanted to be part of it.
I earned my very first voucher on the 6th May. I was so pleased with myself as the points had taken some time to accumulate! I chose a £100 Urban Outfitters voucher with my points.
A few days pass! No big deal right? There are delays and so the three days mentioned when I claimed my voucher were unlikely.
Days become weeks! I tweet covet.me at this point as I'm wondering just when my voucher will arrive. Covet were very late in replying to me as they were very swamped with tweets of the exact same nature. A week later they did reply! Basically the told me I had passed their security checks and I was high priority for my voucher. Yippee I thought! It's coming, it's coming! I checked my email pretty much every hour after receiving that message feeling so excited. I even added every Urban Outfitters item I had planned to buy to my favourites ready to make my order. Nothing!
Weeks become months! By now I have tweeted covet at least a dozen times and whilst they have been quicker to respond to my tweets it has always been the same reply. Be patient!
As you can imagine I'm now very upset. Many hours and hours have been spent coveting items to gain points. Time I could have spent elsewhere!
Of course I'm not the only one currently in limbo. There are tons of members in this exact same situation and they to are getting very angry!
Now we all have the patience of a saint. Well, to a certain degree right? But seriously! How much longer do we wait? Well I for one am almost through waiting. I'm looking into the correct people to report this website to. I will give covet.me just one more week to get me my first voucher! If nothing arrives then the reports will go through.
How many of my readers are waiting for vouchers? Please let me know how long you have been waiting!

For those who are not yet aware, I have a fantastic new website for you all to try!
The idea behind the website is that you search for items that you love using their search feature and "covet" them. Sharing to all your friends and followers via social media. For every person that should view your covets will earn you points. You can also take photos of your own items and covet them. I have not yet used this feature myself but I will be trying this myself soon.
Points will of course earn you a fantastic selection of awards. Past awards have been ASOS and Net-A-Porter vouchers. Right now you can choose from Urban Outfitters and Look Fantastic. Covet.me have recently announced new voucher choices will soon be on the way!
I bet you're thinking. "Oh but it will surely take forever to earn a voucher. It will be difficult to earn the points". Well, no actually. Not at all! Posting several good quality covets daily with a good follower/friend base will gain you points quite quickly. I myself had earned my first voucher in just a few short weeks which is fantastic given most reward sites can take months to simply earn a £5 voucher.
Whilst there has been a huge backlog of voucher requests and waiting times for some of over 2 months (The given time frame is 7 days). Members are slowly receiving their rewards little by little it's just a waiting game right now while they catch up with demand!
Covet.me is certainly worth a sign up in my opinion. I have been hooked since the day I joined and have earned so far multiple vouchers in just a short two months. I have not yet received any but with a little patience (patience is so hard when you're excited) I know they will be with me soon.
A few months ago I decided to treat myself to a few new goodies from Lush. I picked my usual favourites and then glanced over at the shampoo products. I'd never tried them before but I loved the purple colour of Daddy-O so I popped the smallest bottle in to my basket.
The shampoo itself it's a very dark purple and when I added some to my hand ready to put on to my hair I was a little nervous. It was so dark and ink looking! I thought it was going to turn my hair purple! Really! But still, on to my hair it went. The shampoo lathered up very well and lightened to a very pretty purple. It smelled fantastic! As I washed out the shampoo the smell of Daddy-O engulfed my bathroom and changed my bath water a lovely purple shade. It was as if I'd placed a bath bomb from Lush in to my bath. I was really surprised a small amount of shampoo would have such an effect!
So here I am righting my review with my hair feeling super soft and shiny looking wondering why I hadn't tried Daddy-O sooner? Needless to say I will be buying more and it will be the largest bottle!
I've learnt not to be so fussy with my hair as there are some amazing products out there just waiting for me to try! Thank you Lush for such a fantastic shampoo!
"Daddy-O works to add volume and shine to your hair. It’s the lemon and organic lime juice which allow the cuticles to lie flat and reflect more light, helping the hair to shine. We've created an infusion from toothed wrack seaweed and organic lemons, that cleanses and softens. Extra virgin coconut oil hydrates the hair, whilst fine sea salt gets to work by to softening and giving body to your hair. What makes this extra special is that it can revive your silver and blonde tones."
Now I'm very fussy when it comes to the products I put in to my hair. I generally stay with the same shampoo and conditioner. I NEVER change it up! Hey! If it isn't broken then don't fix it right? So of course it comes of no surprise that here I am several months later with a bottle of Daddy-O untouched on my bathroom shelf! Well tonight I fancied a little change and decided to risk it and try something new for the first time in a good year or so! Boy am I glad I did!

Hi everyone!
I'm Leona! I have always been interested in running my very own blog but it's taken me a while to get the ball rolling as I just couldn't decide what to blog about!
My first thought was a theatre blog. But as I don't get to the theatre too often I figured I'd barely post. Then secondly I thought I'd blog about my animals but I wasn't sure if anyone would be too interested.
I've finally decided I will blog about anything and everything! If I love it at the moment then I will certainly blog about it!
So here goes!
